Serial Production

When you need 50, 200, or 1000 of the same part, the production setup matters more than the cycle time. We build dedicated fixturing for serial runs so every part references the same datum, and we proof the first three before committing the rest of the batch to the machine.

Typical serial work: cabinet doors with hinge cups + finger pulls, signage runs, retail display modules, cut-to-size birch ply boxes, decorative wall tiles. We handle edge banding, drilling, and dowel-holes inline so the parts arrive ready to assemble.

For repeat orders of the same part we keep the fixture and the CAM program archived — re-runs are at production-rate from the second order onwards, no setup fee.
