These terms describe how our workshop operates, what you can expect when you commission work from us, and the basic rules that govern our agreements.
The workshop builds custom pieces — furniture, CNC parts, decorative wood objects, and spearfishing gear — to specifications agreed in writing for each project. We do not maintain an off-the-shelf inventory; everything is made to order. Lead times depend on the materials, complexity, and current workload, and are quoted per project.
Custom work begins after a 50% deposit is received; the remaining 50% is due on completion before the piece leaves the workshop. For longer projects we may agree on milestone payments in writing. Materials sourced specifically for your project are non-refundable once cut.
Custom furniture carries a 12-month workmanship warranty against structural defects under normal indoor use. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, damage from moisture, heat, or improper care, or modifications made after delivery. Wood is a natural material and small movement, color shifts, and grain variation are expected and not defects.
These terms and any contract for work are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be brought before the competent courts in Israel.
