This page explains what information our workshop collects when you use this website or get in touch with us, and how that information is handled.
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send us. To prevent abuse we also log the IP address of the request for a short window so the rate limiter can do its job. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell or share contact details with anyone.
Your contact details are used solely to reply to your inquiry and discuss the project. If a quote turns into an order, we keep the correspondence so we can support the piece you commissioned. We never put you on a marketing list without your explicit consent.
Inactive contact form submissions that did not result in a project are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us at any time to delete the messages we hold from you, to send you a copy of what we have, or to correct anything inaccurate — just email us using the address in the contact section.
If anything on this page is unclear, or you would like us to act on one of the rights above, please reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within a few working days.
