Need a single complicated part? Send us the spec and we will turn around a one-off — fixtures, jigs, replacement components, mock-ups for industrial design, stage props, custom enclosures.

We work from STEP, IGES, DXF, or a measured sketch. For one-offs we usually skip CAM optimisation and run conservative feeds and speeds — cheaper than tooling up for a batch and just as accurate. For appearance parts we hand-finish edges and apply a sealer or oil before delivery.

If you need three or four iterations of the same part to dial in fit, just say so up front and we will price the iteration cycle. Iterating on a known fixture is dramatically cheaper than treating each revision as a new job.
