CNC Milling

Three-axis CNC milling is the workhorse of the shop — anything from a one-off prototype to a 100-piece batch starts here. We hold ±0.1 mm on wood and ±0.05 mm on plastics, with toolpaths optimised for clean climb-cut surfaces and minimal sanding.

Materials: solid hardwoods, plywood (birch, poplar), MDF, HDF, HPL, acrylic, HDPE, Forex, and most engineering plastics. Sheet sizes up to 2400×1300 mm. We can mill double-sided with registered fixtures when the part needs features on both faces.

Send a DXF, DWG, STEP, or even a sketch — if the geometry is sound we will mill it. We provide a quick feasibility check before quoting so you know whether the design needs minor changes for cutter access, internal radii, or grain direction.
