CAD Preparation

No CAD? Bring a sketch on a napkin, an Instagram screenshot, or a measured drawing on graph paper. We turn it into a production-ready DXF / DWG / STEP, with proper layers, dimensions, and toolpath-friendly geometry.

This is a separate service from milling — sometimes designers come to us only for the file prep and machine the parts elsewhere. We are happy to deliver vendor-neutral output. When we mill the parts ourselves, the CAD prep cost is rolled into the production quote.

For furniture pieces we also produce assembly drawings, hardware lists, and exploded views. For CNC clients the deliverable is leaner — just the cuttable geometry plus a short note on grain direction, climb vs. conventional cut, and any features that need a special bit.
