Design-iteration parts on two ProJet 3500 HDMax printers — fit, form, and function checks with fast turnaround.
We run two ProJet 3500 HDMax printers — MultiJet Printing (MJP) with UV-cured acrylic photopolymer, roughly 16-micron layer resolution, and a smooth as-printed finish. That combination is built for design iteration: send an STL or STEP today, get a part you can hold, fit-check, and mark up within a couple of working days.
Typical jobs: enclosure mock-ups for product designers, fit checks for snap-fits and living hinges, ergonomic studies, packaging dummies, and presentation models for client reviews. The fine layer height means small text, logos, and surface texture come out legible without post-processing — useful when the prototype has to look close to the production part.
Send us the geometry and tell us what you are checking; we will flag wall thicknesses or features that are too fine to survive support removal before we print. For multi-revision cycles, say so up front — we keep your build setup on file so each iteration is just a re-slice, not a fresh job.
Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll get back to you with a quote and material options.
