Master Patterns for Moulds

A clean master is the whole game in silicone moulding — every flaw on it copies into every part you pull. The smooth as-printed MJP surface gives you a master that needs minimal prep before you wrap it in silicone: knock back the support witness, a light hand-sand on visible faces, and you are ready to box and pour.

This is the route to a few dozen resin parts without injection tooling: design the part in CAD, we print the master (we can add draft, parting-line keys, and pour-gate stubs to your spec, or leave it bare for you to gate), you take RTV silicone moulds off it and cast polyurethane resin. Works for product housings, display props, art editions, replacement trim, and pattern stock for further casting.

Send STEP or STL; tell us the parting strategy and whether you want us to include draft and registration features or keep the master geometry exactly as drawn. If you need two or three slightly different masters (size variants, left/right), batch them on one plate and we will price the set together.
