Fine-Detail Models

When the model is the deliverable — a façade study for a client pitch, a massing model, a topographic site, a museum miniature, a figurine master — the 16-micron layer height of the ProJet 3500 HDMax earns its keep. Mullions, railings, louvres, lettering on a signboard, and fine relief survive the print and survive support removal.

We split large models into keyed sections so they assemble cleanly, and we can print in white acrylic for paint-up or leave key parts as-is where the as-printed surface is good enough. For architectural work we will take your Revit or SketchUp export, hollow and wall it for printability, and add registration features so multi-part builds line up.

Tell us the display scale and which details have to read at arm’s length; we will set print orientation and support placement to keep those faces clean. If the model goes on a base or under a case, send those dimensions too and we will size the assembly to fit.
