Burnout-ready MJP patterns for lost-wax and investment casting — jewelry, dental, and small metal parts.
The ProJet 3500 HDMax prints in a wax-like build material that burns out clean — no ash, no expansion cracking the investment — which makes it a direct fit for lost-wax and investment casting. We print your CAD straight into a sprued pattern (or sprue it ourselves if you send a bare part), ready to invest.
This is the workflow jewelers, dental labs, and small-foundry clients use to skip hand-carving a master: design the ring shank, the crown coping, or the small bracket in CAD, send the STL, and we return castable patterns at 16-micron layers — fine enough to hold prong detail, pavé seats, knife-edge bands, and engraved text.
We can print a single pattern for a one-off or a full plate of repeats for a production run. Tell us your investment and burnout schedule and we will match the support strategy to it; if you are new to MJP patterns we can send a small test piece first so you can validate your casting cycle before committing a batch.
Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll get back to you with a quote and material options.
